Tiramisu Buttercream
Ingredients
🍰 Ball Material:
✓ material A:
- 4 btr Chicken Eggs
- 200 gr Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Soda Powder (SP)
✓ material B:
- 200 gr flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder (BP)
✓ material C:
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 100 ml of Eating Oil
✓ D material:
- 1 bx Mocca Instant Coffee
- 1/2 tsp Black Coffee Powder
- 1 tbsp Milo Powder
🍰 Buttercream
ingredients:
- 200 gr Margarine / Butter
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 sct Sweetened Condensed Milk (SKM)
- 3 tbsp Warm Water
✓ Toppings:
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Ceres
- ✓ process material A: Prepare ingredients. Mixer with high speed eggs + sugar + SP until white expands & tracks.
- ✓ process of material B: Mix flour & BP. Sift. Mix into material A. Mixer with low speed until evenly mixed.
- ✓ process material C: Material that has been prepared, mixed into the mixture earlier. Stir gently evenly.
- ✓ process material D: Divide the mixture that has been mixed evenly into 3 parts. For 1 part given instant mocca coffee + black coffee powder, 1 more part given milo powder, and 1 more original part. Stir well.
- Then, prepare a baking sheet / mold that is fed with oil. Then pour the mixture in each pan / mold. Steam for 25-30 minutes (first heat the steaming 😊). Stab test.
- This is the result of steamed cakes. Let cool.
- While waiting cold, prepare the buttercream ingredients. Mix into 1 in a blender. Then blender until smooth.
- After that, prepare the complementary buttercream. Apply buttercream on the surface of the sponge to 1. Give grated cheese & ceres. Layer again with sponge to 2. Apply again (and so on).
- If all are given a layer of buttercream, the third layer is given buttercream. Give grated cheese & ceres topping.
- Serve it
