Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Ingredients
Spaghetti
  • 200 gr spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1500 ml of water

Topping
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp extra light olive oil
  • As much as salt
  • As much as black pepper
  • Sufficiently parsley
  • Enough of parmesan / grated cheddar cheese
  • Fried sausage (can be replaced with canned tuna)

Step
  1. Prepare salt-water, boil spaghetti 8-10 minutes until al dente (soft but still thick).
  2. In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic, saute until fragrant, enter the spaghetti stew drained from stew (immediately hot), give salt and black pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, stir until smooth. The last olive oil is spread to the spaghetti so that it doesn't mingle with each other.
  3. Arrange spaghetti on a plate, give sausage / tuna topping, parsley and parmesan cheese. Ready to be served or used as children's school supplies. If you like spicy, you can add chili powder / chili sauce
