Spaghetti Aglio Olio
Ingredients
Spaghetti
- 200 gr spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1500 ml of water
Topping
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 4 tbsp extra light olive oil
- As much as salt
- As much as black pepper
- Sufficiently parsley
- Enough of parmesan / grated cheddar cheese
- Fried sausage (can be replaced with canned tuna)
Step
- Prepare salt-water, boil spaghetti 8-10 minutes until al dente (soft but still thick).
- In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic, saute until fragrant, enter the spaghetti stew drained from stew (immediately hot), give salt and black pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, stir until smooth. The last olive oil is spread to the spaghetti so that it doesn't mingle with each other.
- Arrange spaghetti on a plate, give sausage / tuna topping, parsley and parmesan cheese. Ready to be served or used as children's school supplies. If you like spicy, you can add chili powder / chili sauce
