Thick Green Bean Porridge
Ingredients
- 10 servings
- 250 gr green beans
- 200 grams of palm sugar
- 5 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of coconut milk
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 2 segments of ginger
- 5 tbsp aci / tapioca
Step
- Soak the green beans with water (I'm soaked overnight)
- Boil green beans with 750 ml of water with combed palm sugar, white sugar, ginger, salt, and pandan leaves.
- After boiling the coconut milk input, stir until smooth
- Spread the aci with water. Remember the aci solution must be completely liquid, so it doesn't clot!
- Put the aci solution into the pan, stir until evenly distributed and thickened.
- Thick green bean porridge is ready to be enjoyed
