Kee Mao Pad (Thai Drunken Noodle)
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of curly egg noodles (boiled, drain)
- 100 gr chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
- 10 red chili (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (geprek, chopped)
- 1 cup of chives (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp of ground pepper
- to taste cooking oil
- Complementary Vegetables:
- 2 basil handhelds
- 50 gr oyster mushrooms (shredded, clean)
- 2 mustard greens (cut, wash clean)
- 3 cauliflower florets (cut, wash, boil briefly)
- 3 broccoli buds (cut, wash, boil briefly)
- 8 whole cayenne pepper whole
Sauce Material:
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of water
- (mix all into one in a container)
Step
- Heat enough cooking oil, saute the garlic and chili until fragrant
- Add chicken meat, mix well, cook until chicken is cooked
- Add the oyster mushrooms, mix well, cook for a while
- Add the drained noodles
- Season with a mixture of sauce and ground pepper
- Stir everything until evenly mixed with spices, taste test
- Add mustard greens, cook for a while until wilted
- Add broccoli and cauliflower, mix well
- Finally enter the basil leaves and whole cayenne pepper, cook for a while, turn off the heat
- Serve warm
