Chicken Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 200 g of chicken / thigh fillet in cubes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 25 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 3 garlic cloves puree
Dry ingredients
- 40 g of bread flour
- 25 g of flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce ingredients
- 1/2 medium sized onion grains
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 100 cc of water
Step
- Chicken fillet diced.
- Add salt and pepper
- Blend the garlic, put it in the chicken fillet cut
- Add eggs and flour. Stir well.
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add the chicken to the dry mixture. Mix well until all chicken is covered with flour
- Heat the cooking oil, fry the chicken over low heat until cooked, golden yellow. Set it aside
- Heat the cooking oil 1 tbsp, saute the onion until it is wilted and fragrant. Set it aside
- Add all the ingredients of the sauce (water, teriyaki sauce, tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce) in a frying pan used on onion. Cook until thickened.
- Add the fried chicken and onion to the thickened sauce, cook for a while while stirring well.
