Chicken Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  • 200 g of chicken / thigh fillet in cubes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 25 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 garlic cloves puree

Dry ingredients
  • 40 g of bread flour
  • 25 g of flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Sauce ingredients
  • 1/2 medium sized onion grains
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 100 cc of water

Step
  1. Chicken fillet diced.
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Blend the garlic, put it in the chicken fillet cut
  4. Add eggs and flour. Stir well.
  5. Mix dry ingredients
  6. Add the chicken to the dry mixture. Mix well until all chicken is covered with flour
  7. Heat the cooking oil, fry the chicken over low heat until cooked, golden yellow. Set it aside
  8. Heat the cooking oil 1 tbsp, saute the onion until it is wilted and fragrant. Set it aside
  9. Add all the ingredients of the sauce (water, teriyaki sauce, tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce) in a frying pan used on onion. Cook until thickened.
  10. Add the fried chicken and onion to the thickened sauce, cook for a while while stirring well.
