Ingredients
  • 1 fillet snapper, just take the meat, cut it
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • to taste Pepper & salt

  • Potato ingredients:
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces
  • Versatile seasoning flour

Material of mushroom sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 350 ml of liquid milk
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • according to taste Mushroom cut / chopped mushrooms
  • Adequate margarine for sautéing
  • to taste Pepper & salt
  • 50 gr grated cheddar cheese

Step
  1. Smear the fish with lime juice, pepper & a little salt, let it sit for a while until the spices soak. Balur fish with seasoning flour, fry dry, set aside.
  2. How to make potatoes: boil water until boiling. Add pepper & salt, add the potatoes that have been cut into pieces. Boil for about 2-3 minutes, remove the drain
  3. After the potatoes are slightly stiff, wrap them with seasoning flour, allow them to stick together for a while. Fried dry, set aside.
  4. How to make sauce: heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, add mushrooms, stir until the mushrooms wilt. Season a little pepper & salt, stir until well blended. Set it aside.
  5. Heat butter in a soup pan. After melting, add flour, stir until smooth. Pour liquid milk, stirring constantly. After thickening, season with pepper & salt, stirring constantly. Add sauteed mushrooms, stir evenly. Finally enter the cheese. Stir it. If you feel too thick, you can add liquid / water milk. Taste test
  6. Arrange potatoes & fish in a dish, pour with sauce. Can also add vegetables. Serve.
