Saute Vermicelli
Ingredients
- 3 pieces of corn vermicelli
- 1 carrot
- 1 handful of cesine mustard
- 5 red onion cloves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oil for sautéing
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon salt for hot vermicelli
- 1 teaspoon of salt to saute
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (I'm Bango)
- 1 tbsp for sauteing
- A pinch of sugar
Step
- Wash corn rice vermicelli. Bring water to a boil. Heat flush into corn vermicelli. Leave it to expand.
- After expanding, add salt and soy sauce. Stir well. Set it aside.
- Cut the length of the carrot.
- Blend onion and garlic. Heat oil and saute onion until fragrant. Add carrots. Stir well. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced mustard, 1 cup soy sauce, salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook until mustard starts to wilt.
- Add the rice noodles stir well. Cook rice noodles until they dry, no more water. Ripe, lift and serve ..
