Macaroni Schotel Steamed
Ingredients
- 200 grams of boiled macaroni
- 5 sausages cut into pieces
- 4 smoked beef, small slices
- 1 onion, cut a small box
- 4 cloves of garlic, geprek and then finely chopped
- 2 carrots, small slices
- 500 ml of plain liquid milk
- 180 grams of grated cheese
- Shake the 5 eggs
- 1/2 nutmeg finely ground
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- As much as salt
- Adequate sugar
- Enough oil (I am olive oil)
- As much as oregano for sprinkles
Cheese Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon butter butter
- 250 ml of plain liquid milk
- 70 grams of grated cheese
Step
- Boil the macaroni until done (not too soft), give salt and a little oil (I am olive oil) so that it is not sticky, lift, drain.
- Saute garlic, onion, after fragrant input nutmeg, carrot, smoked beef and sausage, stir evenly.
- Enter the liquid milk, stir, add the beaten egg, stir.
- Put salt, sugar, cheese and pepper, stir and taste test.
- Arrange into aluminum foil, tighten and not too full.
- Cheese Sauce: Melt butter with very low heat, add flour, stir quickly until it blends with butter. Enter the milk, stir until the flour dissolves in the milk and do not clump it. Put the cheese, stir until evenly distributed
- Serve cheese sauce as a topping on top of the macaroni that has been arranged in aluminum foil, sprinkle with oregano
- Steam the macaroni for 20 minutes, remove and serve
