Green Dorayaki Green Bean Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 80 grams of sugar
- 130 grams of flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50 mL of liquid milk
- 3 drops of pandan paste
Paste material:
- 50 grams of green beans
- 1 tsp butter
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves
- 1 L of water to boil
- 30 mL of water for additional
Step
Pasta:
- Bring water to a boil, then add green beans. Boil until tender, then strain
- Blend green beans with additional water
- Mix green beans, butter, sugar and pandanus. Cook until the water shrinks and the paste is thicker. Set it aside
Dorayaki:
- Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is smooth and thickens
- Enter flour and baking soda, stirring again using whisk until evenly mixed
- Then pour honey and liquid milk, stirring evenly. Finally give the pandan paste, stir again until the mixture is green
- Cover the mixture with plastic, leave the mixture for 10 minutes
- Prepare a non-stick pan, pour the mixture on the pan, let it stand until holes in dorayaki are formed. Then turn the mixture over.
- Do it for the rest of the mixture until it runs out
- For serving, give 2 tablespoons of green bean paste, on one dorayaki, then push the other dorayaki
