Simple capjay
Ingredients
- Mustard greens
- Cauliflower
- 1 large carrot
- 3 Fill sausages
- 5 quail egg seeds
Ground spices :
- 3 red onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pecan fruit
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- Salt
Cooking oil for sautéing
- 1 Sachet Sauce
- enough water
- enough sugar
- Chicken broth (option)
Step
- Clean the vegetables & cut sausages.
- Blend the spices. Then stir-fry until fragrant.
- Enter water (me 200ml) & Carrots. Leave it for 2 minutes (1 / 2mateng).
- Then enter quail eggs, sausages, cauliflower, green mustard greens. Stir well.
- Add sugar, sauce & broth .. Test the taste ... if it's right, let it boil once. Turn off the stove
- Ready to be served 😊
