Sauce Kecombrang Pete is a la Jean, initially it was fun
just because there was a cockroach in the refrigerator. Once presented to the
whole house addicted
- 1 stalk of Kecombrang
- 1-2 banana boards
- 1 tsp Terasi
- 15 Raw Chili (to taste)
- 4 red onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pecan fruit
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Brown sugar
- 1 Tomato item
- 2 tablespoons of oil to saute
Step
- Clean all the ingredients.
- Comb Kecombrang & Pete, set it aside.
- All chili ingredients are mashed.
- Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil, then saute the mashed sauce.
- About half cooked add kecombrang & pete, add about 1/2 cup of water.
- Mix well until cooked & the water shrinks.
- After serving, then sprinkle with fried onions. Enjoy.
