Ingredients
  • 1 stalk of Kecombrang
  • 1-2 banana boards
  • 1 tsp Terasi
  • 15 Raw Chili (to taste)
  • 4 red onion cloves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pecan fruit
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Brown sugar
  • 1 Tomato item
  • 2 tablespoons of oil to saute

Step
  1. Clean all the ingredients.
  2. Comb Kecombrang & Pete, set it aside.
  3. All chili ingredients are mashed.
  4. Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil, then saute the mashed sauce.
  5. About half cooked add kecombrang & pete, add about 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Mix well until cooked & the water shrinks.
  7. After serving, then sprinkle with fried onions. Enjoy.
